SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES

The many years of dealing with gift shipments throughout Greece has given us the advantage of being able to deliver your wishes to any place with many different shipping methods.

Shipments to the city of Heraklion are free.

For all other cities in Greece the transfer cost is 5 Euros.

Areas away from the city center are charged with additional transport depending on the kilometer distance in same day delivery.

In any case precedes a telephone briefing.

Delivery time

For the city of Heraklion, the delivery takes place on the same day. For the other cities of Crete also same day delivery (if the order is made in a reasonable time) with a reservation for Sunday.

For the other cities of Greece the deliveries are made within one working day for Athens and within 2 working days for the other cities of Greece, including Saturday. No deliveries on Sunday. All the above applies to the products available in our online store.

However, there is also the possibility of serving all cities through a network of our partners with products as close as possible.

BEFORE THE ORDER IS EXECUTED

The order leaves our store if it is paid in any indicated way (cash, card payment, PayPal, bank deposit).

For payment by bank deposit, it is useful to call 210-3001919 or 2810-242648.

In case of transfer (other bank than the mentioned ones or a foreign bank) it is necessary to send the transaction receipt by mail to info@filo.gr

OTHER DELIVERY CLARIFICATIONS

Deliveries are always made after telephone contact and confirmation with the recipient for receipt. In case of absence of the recipient, we contact the sender for further information that will make the delivery possible (eg landline) and then the processing of your order proceeds.

In case the recipient does not accept to receive his gift, no refund will be given. However, you can pick up your order from our headquarters or deliver it to a new address by charging extra shipping (by phone with you).

In case the recipient is absent despite the telephone consultation that always precedes for the delivery time, the order is returned to our store (except in cases where someone known to the sender or the recipient can pick up in the same place after consultation with the recipient or the principal) You are informed by phone and either you receive the product yourself from our headquarters, or your order is sent again (after a new consultation with the recipient) and you are charged the extra shipping costs that arise.

Filo.gr has the experience and knowledge to do whatever it takes to complete the mission you assign us in every possible way.

We are committed to providing excellent services and products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift or its delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@filo.gr. We use only the freshest flowers for our bouquets to ensure their durability, however flowers are still a fragile product and any complaint will be taken into account if done within 24 hours of delivery. Only then will we be able to make room for correction.

In case of impossibility of surrender due to force majeure.

If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, problem of server operation (servers, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order.
